European in style with contemporary interiors, the AC Hotel will feature 171 guestrooms, many with balconies overlooking the Ohio River, the Suspension Bridge, Smale Park and downtown. Amenities will include a rooftop bar, a lounge serving small bites along with local craft beers, specialty wines, and signature cocktails, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, two media salons, and a library. The hotel is being developed by Eagle Realty Group, a member of the Western & Southern Financial Group, and Winegardner Hammons Hotel Group.
