We hope you are extremely excited for our Mega Commercial Real Estate event to Keeneland next week (Thursday April 27th). Thank you ULI and CREW for partnering with us on this!! We are SOLD OUT for this event and so looking forward to the wonderful networking that this event brings. Please find below some details for our upcoming trip.

PICK UP LOCATION: Gateway West – 801 West Eighth Street, Cincinnati, OH, 45203 (see attached Map)
PICK UP TIME: the buses leave immediately at 9am to head to Keeneland. Please plan accordingly
RETURN TIME: the buses leave immediately at 5pm from Keeneland…regardless if the last race has been completed. We recommend loading the bus before 5pm to return to Cincinnati.

Drinks (provided by HGC Construction) and snacks are provided on the bus ride down and back. Once we arrive in the Keeneland parking lot you will be able to exit the buses for networking/tailgating/lunch. Lunch will be catered this year from Lexington’s own Bradford BBQ (chicken and veggie options are available). You are permitted to bring a foldable lawn chair, however it will be on first come first basis, as storage will be tight on the buses.

Grandstand tickets will be passed out to all attendees during networking and you are welcome to enter the stadium at any time. Again, please remember the buses will be pulling out of their parking spaces right at 5pm for our departure to Cincinnati. You don’t want to be left behind.
