Once a thriving commercial property, Altura Apartments has been beautifully transformed, breathing new life into spaces that now welcome you home. The Governors Hill Apartment project is a 205,214 SF, Multi-Family project with 201 Apartment Units, which sits on nearly 10.79 Acres. The original design’s intent was to reuse as much of the original building as possible. Each Floor was completely demolished down to the floor slab, exterior precast walls, bar joist & decking. The existing storefront ribbon windows were removed and replaced with residential single-hung windows. The existing Main Lobbies, Public Restrooms, Elevators, exterior Precast Wall Panels and the existing Ballast Roofing are only being re-used. The project started on July 10, 2023, and was completed on November 8, 2024. The amenities include, Yoga Room, Bike Storage, Fitness Room, Lounge w/ kegerator, 18’x60’ Pool, Large Courtyard Garden with Sitting Area, Two Grilling Stations, and a Pickleball/Basketball court.
