Join NAIOP for a Behind the Scenes Tour of PLKs New Office Headquarters as well as their new product of Townhouses located at Factory 52.
PLKs new office is around 15,000 square feet, and is more than twice as large as the space at Kenwood Collection. PLK has occupied around 7,000 square feet in the Sycamore Township office tower since December 2015. The new office sits at 2700 Park Ave., just north of the Factory 52 clocktower and flush against the former factory building PLK converted into a garage and loft apartments in 2021 as part of the development’s first phase.
PLKs new townhouse product is currently under construction, and will consist of 122 rental townhomes. Also, the portion of the former MCC building that was kept is being repurposed into the new Factory 52 Leasing Office plus additional resident amenity space.
