Join us as we discuss the resurgence of Madisonville. We will be discussing the affects of new development and community commitment on this long standing neighborhood of Cincinnati. Discussion will highlight the Cincinnati Public Library Madisonville branch, MedPace’s new $327M development and their Element Eatery project, as well as the focus for new tenants in vacant retail spaces, including the Madamore. Discussion will be led by Josh Rothstein of OnSite Group, along with John Wendt of Ackermann, and Paula Brehm-Heeger from the Cincinnati Public Library. We will conclude the event with networking, light bites, and beverages at Bad Tom Smith Brewing.
