Join ULI Cincinnati, AIA Cincinnati, NAIOP and 3CDC for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at three of the city’s most exciting projects: the newly reimagined Cincinnati Convention Center, the reinvented Saks building, and the iconic Chong building.

This is more than just a tour—it’s your chance to see how bold vision and creative redevelopment are reshaping the heart of our city. From stunning design details to fresh community spaces, these projects are rewriting what downtown Cincinnati looks and feels like.

Simon Kaiser

Senior Development Associate, 3CDC – Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation

Simon Kaiser serves as a Development Officer at 3CDC, Cincinnati’s premier nonprofit real-estate development and urban revitalization organization. In his role, Simon helps lead and manage complex redevelopment initiatives across downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine. He is one of the project managers for the renovation of the former Duke Energy Convention Center, guiding the project from conceptual design through construction. Simon holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business. At 3CDC, he works alongside a multidisciplinary team to reimagine urban spaces, restore historic buildings, coordinate public-private partnerships, and activate civic places that help define Cincinnati’s downtown identity. Simon is passionate about placemaking, community impact, and leveraging real-estate development to knit together civic life, history, and economic growth.
