Kathleen Norris and Matt Shad of Urban Fast Forward, an economic development and real estate consultancy and brokerage, will share with you insights into the City’s efforts to overhaul its Zoning and Development regulations. Their team has supported the development industry engagement process on behalf of the Cincinnati’s Department of Planning and Buildings. They will present interim results of public engagement regarding the land development code and highlight key proposals and amendments being anticipated. But most importantly, they will engage you to share your best practice examples and experiences so we can mutually obtain the best regulatory environment benefiting our residents and the industry.
