NAIOP Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Montgomery Quarter

Please join the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Chapter of NAIOP as we tour the Montgomery Quarter Development.

Montgomery Quarter is a transformational $230 million development which will act as the southern gateway to the City of Montgomery. Leases with Fifth Third Wealth Management, three restaurants, and an upscale men’s clothing store have kicked off Phase I of Montgomery Quarter. The project is being built on 21 acres at the southern border of the city, by a roundabout that opened last year where Montgomery Road meets the end of the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway. Phase I also includes apartments and a boutique hotel, which will be opening in 2023 and 2024, respectively.

Join NAIOP for a behind-the-scenes tour of Fifth Third’s new Wealth Management office space as well as the apartments.
