Skytop is under construction and located on a 12.45-acre site, which has an excellent location on Beechmont Avenue and is the “gateway” into Anderson Township, a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. Located on the west side of Anderson Township, the site has abundant visibility with the amount of daily traffic passing by and is within close proximity to Columbia Tusculum, Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park, and several other popular destinations within the Greater Cincinnati Area. The Property is along State Route 125, the drive to downtown Cincinnati is very accessible and is within 10 miles. This submarket area has a strong unmet rental demand for traditional rental households seeking new, low- maintenance rental choices, as opposed to older rental housing stock that exists in the market.
Skytop will be a four-story elevator-served luxury apartment community with interior corridors, 361 apartment units, including a two-story hotel style lobby at the main entrance with a coffee bar where on site leasing staff will greet current and future residents.
Our mission at Skytop is to create an exquisite experience, engaging residents from the moment they walk in the front door. We endeavor to bring the comforts of home, the adrenaline of the gym, the productivity of the office, and the source of entertainment under one roof.
Once complete, Skytop Apartments will be located behind the existing Big Ash Brewery and other future retail users who are anticipated to come to the site as a result of the Property being developed. The retail outparcels are not owned by the Skytop owners, and generally outside of the scope of this RFP except as noted herein. Once this occurs, it is anticipated that this area known as Skytop Pavilion will become a destination for the local community.
The Property will have direct access to a bike trail that will allow residents direct access to downtown Cincinnati to the West, the Lunken loop to the South, and to the Little Miami bike trail which will allow residents to ride all the way to Yellow Springs to the North. Currently, Anderson Township has received a federal grant to provide this connectivity which will be completed at the time residents move into Skytop. In addition to this trail connection, a trail head will be built on site for bikers to stop for a break as they travel from the locations mentioned above passing the Skytop site.
Each apartment will include a patio/balcony, tile backslash, lush carpeting in each bedroom, luxury flooring in kitchen and baths, nine-foot ceiling, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk in closets, high speed Internet, and washer/dryer.
Our exquisite amenity package for all residents will include:
