August 21st – Cincinnati Children’s Theater Behind the Scenes Tour

Join NAIOP, along with Terrex Development & Construction, for this Behind the Scenes tour of the historic Emery Theater. This $49.5 million historic renovation projects brings back to life an acoustically exceptional theater that was once considered one of the top concert halls in the county. After sitting dormant for nearly 30 years, the Emery will be restored beyond its original glory, providing a permanent home for The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati and the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art venue for the region.
