Join NAIOP and CIG Communities for a tour of Avant, the new residences coming to downtown Cincinnati at 36 East 7th Street this fall.
The 200,000 square-foot, 27-story building has been reimagined into 162 residences, each offering floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive views, and bespoke kitchen design. Residents will have access to a curated suite of amenities including a golf simulator, racing simulator, sauna and cold plunge, outdoor terrace, and more.
This tour will showcase the 1st floor leasing office, 2nd and 15th floor amenity spaces, finished units on the 16th floor, plus a preview of the 26th floor penthouse units still under construction. The event will conclude with a happy hour on the 15th floor terrace. We look forward to seeing you there!
