NAIOP Presents OVATION BEHIND THE SCENES TOUR

July 12th, Ovation is the ultimate urban resort rising on the riverbanks of the Ohio River with an incredible mix of Live, Work, Live, Play and Stay opportunities.  This mixed-use development is in Newport at the confluence of the Ohio and Licking Rivers, offering the most amazing views of the Cincinnati skyline.

The MegaCorp Pavilion music and event venue is currently open.  The first Ovation office building will open in the next several months and is 60% leased, and the Homewood Suites will open in late 2023.  With more than 60% of the available luxury condominium inventory sold, two of The Boardwalk Residences buildings will be opening in 2024.

The Ovation team from Corporex will be onsite at our Ovation Experience Center, located on the second floor of the garage beneath Ovation and the MegaCorp Pavilion.  Park at the Ovation Parking South Garage located at 4th and Columbia Streets.  Pull into the garage and look for Section 1C and park.  The Experience Center is one level up, available via elevator or stairs.

You will experience the majesty of Ovation through a development overview, a 3D experience that takes you into the community using gaming technology, and then a walking tour of parts of Ovation.

AGENDA
4:00 p.m. – Meet at our Ovation Experience Center.  Overview presentation of the development.
4:30 p.m. – Walking tour of the Ovation development.
5:00 p.m. – Meet back at the Ovation Experience Center where we can showcase our 3D gaming modeling experience of Ovation while drinks and appetizers are out.
6:00 p.m. – Event conclusion.
