Encore Urban Living (8th and Sycamore) is another mixed-use, multi-unit residential project developed by North American Properties and NorthPointe Group. John Senhauser Architects is serving as the architect of record for this 17-story project, bringing together the development, design and construction team that delivered the Seven at Broadway luxury apartment tower in 2015. The Eighth and Sycamore project includes a new developer partner, the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC), which is developing the parking garage and retail portion of the $52 million structure.
