Please join NAIOP as we take a behind the scenes look at Cincinnati Beverage Company’s $30 million redevelopment of three historic brewery buildings in Over-the-Rhine – Clyffside Brewery, Felsenhaus and the Jackson Brewery. Some of the historic structures are already in use for brewing, bottling, and office space, with future plans for a public facing element welcoming guests into the historic breweries. Cincinnati Beverage Company, was acquired in May, 2022 by food manufacturer SugarCreek, one of Cincinnati’s largest private companies. Cincinnati Beverage reintroduced the iconic Little Kings and Christian Moerlein brands; They also own Hudapohl and brew Hudy-Delight on site. Our event will include a tour of the facility, followed by networking in Cincinnati Beverage’ s employee tap room.
