Please join NAIOP for a behind-the-scenes tour of Neyer Properties’ re-development project of the historic Baldwin piano building redevelopment.
Neyer Properties is investing in excess of $100 million to create a multi-use campus including residential loft-style apartments, renovation of the 12-story office tower, hotel, up to two restaurants, and a “pocket park”. The Class A residential building will bring approximately 280 residents to the site. Neyer is also working with the City, park board, and Walnut Hills to improve the corridor into Walnut Hills and Eden Park.
