The Village of Silverton, one of Cincinnati’s first ring suburbs, has been undergoing a revitalization over the past few years.  The June Developer spotlight will begin at the Residences at AG 47, a new luxury apartment complex in the heart of Silverton. This development, which opened in April 2019, has over 200 units and state of the art amenities for the residents.  JR Anderson, of Jeffrey R Anderson Real Estate, will give an overview of the project and Tom Carroll of the Village of Silverton will touch on some other revitalization efforts in the community.  The project will be available for tours following the presentation and then guests are encouraged to join NAIOP at the new Highgrain Brewing Co restaurant and tap room for happy hour and networking.  Highgrain Brewing is housed in the Memorial Municipal Building at the corner of Plainfield and Montgomery.
