JLL’s Gerth Honored for Leadership Excellence in Commercial Real Estate

COLUMBUS, OH — During their annual meeting in Columbus, the NAIOP of Ohio Board of Directors named Josh Gerth, of the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter, the 2025 recipient of the President’s Award for Excellence. Established in 2023, the award celebrates the dedication and commitment of an individual that has demonstrated leadership to strengthen the organization.

“Over the years, Josh has played a pivotal role in strengthening NAIOP of Ohio, and his vision, dedication, and ability to meaningfully connect and engage have elevated our influence in public policy and expanded our impact across the state.,” said Michael J. Sikora III, President of NAIOP of Ohio. “We are grateful for his contributions and proud to honor him for his impact on our organization.”

A NAIOP member since 2003, Gerth currently serves as NAIOP of Ohio Board Treasurer, a former President of the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter, and a past recipient of NAIOP’s National Emerging Leaders Award. During his tenure as NAIOP of Ohio Board President, he spearheaded efforts to further the board’s impact on public policy and the organization’s visibility. In addition to his role as Senior Vice President for the Cincinnati office of JLL, Gerth serves his community as an Anderson Township Trustee, a Board Member of the Ohio Township Association, and President of the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments.
