- Clayton Riney; Senior Development Manager – Clayton has led Cold Spring Pointe from concept through construction. Serving as the project’s primary developer, he has directed all facets of the development, including acquisitions, entitlements, design, leasing, municipal coordination, underwriting, and execution.
- Dave Woodke; Director of Construction – Dave has led the construction and site development of Cold Spring Pointe, overseeing all aspects of project execution, including sitework, infrastructure, contractor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery. His leadership has been critical to bringing the project from the planning stage to reality.
- Kyle Nageleisen; Director of Leasing – Kyle has led the leasing efforts for Cold Spring Pointe, carefully curating the project’s tenant mix to create a dynamic and sustainable retail destination. His work has been instrumental to the project’s success and long-term value.
